Technical Specifications

Product Description

The TMG20D series uses Toray's proprietary polyamide thin-film composite (TFC) membrane structure with a cross-linked aromatic polyamide active layer. The membrane's high surface area (400 ft²) and low-energy design reduce operating pressure requirements by up to 15% compared with standard brackish water elements. Key specifications: • Active membrane area: 400 ft² (37.2 m²) • Nominal permeate flow: 9,000 gpd (34.1 m³/d) • Salt rejection: ≥ 99.7% NaCl • Operating pressure: up to 600 psi (41.4 bar) • Feed temperature: 5–45 °C • Feed pH range: 2–11 • Maximum chlorine tolerance: < 0.1 mg/L Ideal for municipal and industrial desalination, groundwater treatment, and process water production. Compatible with standard 4-inch pressure vessels.
